Day 1 – Departure

We fly into Springfield/Branson, Missouri. Tonight, we’ll check into the Hilton Branson for our 5 night stay.

Day 2 – Branson

Day 3 – Branson

Today we see two shows! We start with the Brett Family Christmas Show morning performance. Through world-class singing, dancing, comedy, songwriting, musicianship, and production you’ll feel the joy, the nostalgia, the reverence, the fun and all the best feelings of the season. We’ll also enjoy a matinee of  The Texas Tenors “Deep in the Heart of Christmas” show and then a splendid dinner at the Black Oak Grill on Branson Landing followed by a drive through the Branson Gift of Lights Experience. (B,D)

Day 4 – Branson

After breakfast at the hotel and an independent morning to enjoy in the area, we see the Daniel O’Donnell Matinee at the Welk Theatre. If you love music, make sure to catch Daniel in concert. You’ll thrill to the sound of Celtic and country tunes from your favorite Irish singer. Daniel got his start in the industry in 1982. From there, he went on to cultivate a career of more than 40 Top Hit Albums and Singles. Today, Daniel is renown as one of the most famous traditional Irish performers. Each song he sings comes to life with breathtaking vocals, and it is easy to see why Daniel O Donnell is known as one of the best Irish performers. As well as his Irish favorites, guests can hear rock, gospel, pop, and country hits from this amazing artist. After dinner at the Welk Theatre, tonight we see the The Haygoods at the Clay Cooper Theatre, a quintessential experience in Branson. The most popular show in Branson, The Haygoods bring the house down night after night with incredibly tight harmonies, innovative, energetic choreography and amazing performances on over 20 different instruments!  (B,D)

Day 5 – Branson

This morning to enjoy a delicious brunch at Top of the Rock’s Osage Restaurant surrounded by sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains, unique artwork and Native American artifacts. Next, we visit the Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum. This museum will take you back to a time when massive animals roamed the area. It houses one of the most significant collections of Native American artifacts in the world and showcases the geological history of the Ozarks as well as rare Civil War and American West relics. Back in Branson we will have a farewell dinner at Landry’s Restaurant, followed by our final show, Yakov Smirnoff at the Yakov Theatre! A visit to the Yakov Smirnoff Theater with this philosopher and comedian promises to have you laughing your ‘yak-ov.’ Yakov’s style of hilarious comedy is perfectly explained by his motto ‘to experience happiness and teach it to the world with passion through comedy and sensitivity’ and his humorous relational commentary confirms that love and laughter do indeed go hand and hand. (Brunch,Dinner)

For your reference, we send to you a detailed itinerary approximately 3-4 weeks prior to the scheduled tour departure. This has day-by-day times and events, hotel information where you can be reached in case of an emergency, and airline information.

The times listed on the itinerary are all approximate. We cannot be held responsible for schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances with the weather, transportation agents, highway conditions, hotels or contracting agents.

The Activity Level for this tour is RELAXED.

Expectations: This tour requires light physical activity combined with shorter travel days. Tour members should expect intermittent walking, with occasional slight inclines and stair climbs, including boarding the motorcoach. Activities may include an occasional city or nature walking tour, stopping along the way. Guests should be able to climb a set of stairs, walk up or down slight slopes and navigate some uneven terrain or cobblestone.

Appropriate for: Travelers who are somewhat physically fit and comfortable with longer days of touring (both walking tours and coach time).

You will be issued your boarding pass the morning of our departure, after your arrival at the Tucson International Airport. If you have a Southwest Airlines Airlines frequent flyer number, or a TSA number, please call our office at least 3 days prior to the tour to ensure we can note these in your reservation.

If you are joining the tour from locations other than Tucson, we make other arrangements for you to join the tour. Please call our office for more details.

Do not forget to bring your government issued picture ID to show at the airport. A Driver’s License or Passport is preferred. If you do not have the proper ID, the airline will turn you away.

We have arranged for handling for one piece of luggage per person regarding the skycaps (where available) and hotels. If you check through luggage note that the maximum weight for the checked piece of luggage is 50 pounds and maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height). If your bag weighs over 50 pounds the airlines will levy an extra fee that you will be responsible to pay. If you feel the need to lock your checked through luggage and your bag is searched, your lock could be damaged in the process. You can purchase a TSA (Transportation Security Administration) accepted and recognized lock at any luggage store. Make sure you ask for a TSA approved lock. These locks are the kind that TSA screeners can open by using a special tool without breaking. Passengers can carry-on 1 bag (dimensions are limited to 10x16x24 inches), plus a personal type bag, like a purse. We advise that you pack your carry-on lightly. There are restrictions regarding your carryon baggage and contents due to enhanced security
measures. Attached find a list regarding commonly asked about items as well as an update. If you have further concerns, please visit the TSA's Web-site at There is room inside the motorcoach for your hand carried bag.

On Southwest Airlines our scheduled airline for this tour, passengers may check up to two bags per person at no fee.

It is always a good idea to carry on your person a list of medications that you are taking and an emergency contact phone number while you are traveling. And we suggest making a copy of the itinerary and provide it to a friend or family member.

The traditional end-of-tour gratuity to your tour director is not included. If you feel your Tour Director helped you enjoy your tour, we suggest you enclose a gratuity in an envelope and present it individually at the end of the tour. Simply as a guideline, one may consider a per person, per day gratuity of $8.00 per tour guide as an average to be modified by one’s own personal experience. All hotel porterage and airport skycap (when available) fees are included. We also include the gratuities for the coach/livery drivers. Maid tips are not included.

For your convenience, we have a (round-tour) door-to-door pickup service with each multi-day tour. (This service is not available to all clients depending on your location.) Approximately 2 to 3 days prior to the departure date you will receive a call from our office and we will tell you your assigned pickup time. (These times can vary up to 15 minutes depending on traffic.)

If you would like to request special accommodations at the hotel(s) where we are lodging, please call us as soon as possible and we will forward these requests for you. The phone numbers of the hotel(s) where we are staying are listed on the itinerary.

Many hotels around the country have instituted a "reconditioning fee" of $300 or more that is levied upon a guest that smokes in a non-smoking room. If this occurs during our tour you will be responsible for paying this fee to the hotel prior to check-out.

We pay close attention to your requests but please realize that these are merely requests and cannot be guaranteed.
