Tubac Festival of Arts & Tumacácori
November 5, 2021
What a lovely day we have planned – first, we take a tour of the Tumacácori National Historical Park. Tumacácori sits at a cultural crossroads in the Santa Cruz River Valley, where O’odham, Yaqui, and Apache people met and mingled with European Jesuit and Franciscan missionaries, settlers, and soldiers. The buildings and grounds have been well-preserved, and the mission church-style visitor center is beautiful. Next, we will head to the Stables Restaurant at Tubac Country Club for a delicious lunch, before allowing ample time to explore the Tubac Arts and Crafts Festival and the buildings, walls and sidewalks of this iconic artists’ town. Join us for this fun outing,
